(I) Account registration and login

(II) Template/work creation, use and collection

  1. Uploaded content: We will store the pictures, videos, audios and text information you upload for your reuse. In addition, we will not use them for any other purpose. Please note that the content you upload may contain your own facial information, voiceprint information or other types of personal information. Your uploading behavior is deemed to agree that we will process the content you provide (including personal information therein) for the necessary purpose of the design contract between you and us. If the content you upload contains other people's personal information, please be sure to obtain the legal authorization of others to avoid illegally disclosing other people's personal information.
  2. Drawing record: We will store your final design product (drawing record) so that you can use the design template directly from your drawing record next time. If you don't want to keep the drawing record, you can choose to delete it. In addition, we will not use it for any other purpose. Please note that if you do not download the work you have made or save it to "My Space", the part of the work will be stored in the draft box, and you can delete or save it in the draft box. But please note that the draft box may have a certain storage time limit, and the work that exceeds the above time limit will no longer be operated.
  3. Collection records: If you think some design templates are worth collecting, you click to collect them, and we will collect your collection records so that you can use them directly from "Favorites" next time. If you don't want to keep the collection records, you can choose to delete them in batches in "My Space-Favorites".

(III) Service content search

When you use PhotoG search service, we will collect your search history, search keyword information, and operation records. In order to provide efficient search services, some of the above information will be temporarily stored in your local storage device, and the search results and search history records can be displayed to you.

(IV) Purchase of products and services

  1. Order placement and order management
    When you purchase goods/services, we need to collect some or all of the following personal information according to the type of goods/services, including: your device information, consignee information (may include name, address, contact number, zip code, invoice information. If the consignee is not you, you should ensure that you have obtained the relevant authorization of the consignee), transaction goods/service information, order number, order time, order amount, your remarks information. We collect this information to help you successfully complete the purchase of goods/services, ensure the security of your transactions, query order information, provide customer service, etc. At the same time, in order to facilitate your understanding, query order information and manage order information, we will collect the order information generated during your use of our services for display to you and to facilitate your order management.
